Imagine wheels (I visualize gears or waterwheels) spinning and directing energy (life-light) connecting the spirit, light, or energy body with the physical body.
Disruptions in wellbeing can lead to disruptions in the manner in which our energy flows, causing a plethora of physical and mental barriers to wellbeing…a sense of being out of balance.
Lucky for us yoga implicitly provides the tools to help us keep those wheels (chakras) running smoothly balancing the most basic survival needs to the most complex (and ironically simple-so they say) higher conscious state of being. Yoga is a guide for us being in-tune with the imbalances and disruptions in our whole-being system (body~mind~spirit/energy) and it is a tool for us to correct such imbalances and disruptions.
