Spend the day with Danielle Mvula-Haik and Angie Fox learning about the sacral chakra! This energy center of the body is host to our creativity, shadow, and sexuality. It helps us to understand the duality of our nature and gets our creative juices flowing. We will continue learning how to support our chakra system using movement and breathing practices, along with meditation, and sound healing to bring attention and awareness to our Svadhisthana (Sacral) energy center. A lunch nourishing our sacral chakra will be provided during the day.
